My husband brought Syafiah to HSB yesterday morning for her neuro appointment. She's in a good shape. Shunt is working correctly.
He mentioned to the specialist about one of Syafiah's conditions. She always has this kind of small shock. Macam terkejut² gitu. I was worried as until now, she hasn't got any EEG test to determine whether she has fits or not.
Syafiah showed to the specialist how it was like in front of her (the specialist). However, she confirmed that it wasn't a fits. She described how fits look like to my husband. I'm a bit release by the news as I really hope that she wouldn't get any in her entire life, insyaAllah. There are few types of fits including febrile convulsions/febrile fits, epileptic fits/seizures, etc.
There are few more appointments this month including speech therapy on 28th October and also the occupational therapies.
